We understand about distance/time/money. We just want those people who want to come, and who maybe don't realize how late it's getting, to go ahead and register.
April 1 is our deadline to get our deposit back from the park, so we can give 100% of the sponsor's money back to them.
As for the Make-A-Wish Foundation, my hindbrain must have known something my forebrain didn't, because I deliberately didn't contact them to tell them we were having this Rally. I'm still going to give every bit of money generated from imandi.com to SOMEBODY, even if I have to buy $250 worth of pet food/supplies and give it to the local Humane Society.
But it doesn't look like any of the forum folk have helped out with that, either. So far WD is the only one who has registered at imandi.com. (see my posting of 2/25/00)
Is my disappointment showing?
